A big part of my work is facilitating workshops, developing projects and communicating with people. This is a very rewarding part of my job.
I work in a variety of contexts sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for the arts with all sorts of people, regardless of ability, experience or background. My community projects continually present challenges for me to find new and inventive ways to connect with people. I believe with a little imagination and understanding everyone has something to offer and a talent to nurture. I am interested in making community projects that are accessible without compromising on artistic quality.
I am Project Manager for Storybox, a creative storytelling project for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s run by the Library Theatre and Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
